Yeah, yeah, we would could on and on about the many substantial advantages of going back to school and furthering your education. There’s the greater career growth potential, the deferment of existing students loans, the actual broadening of your education and being a more intelligent person, meeting new people; these are all great things.

Not to belittle these things but let’s infuse a little levity into higher learning. Read on for the top ten fun, sexy reasons why going back to school is going to be awesome.

1. You’re old enough to sleep with your teachers – I’m not advising that you do this but if you really want to, you’re at least a little older. Some of them might even be your age. But they’re still in a position of authority so if that’s your particular turn-on, you’ve still got that going on. Word of advice: wait until after finals.

2. Conversely, if the teacher fetish isn’t your thing, you’ve got your pick of young co-eds. Don’t be a creepy predator or anything but going a little Mrs. Robinson on these boys could end up being a memorable experience for both of you.

3. You get to feel superior to all the 18-year-old girls who are still so desperately trying to channel Sex and the City that they haven’t yet figured out that you don’t have to rock stilettos at 4 in the afternoon to be sexy.

4 . You’re confident enough in who you are to play with your image without having an actual identity crisis – so go for it, rock that sexy academic look. Reading glasses are hot.

5. Being a student means getting student privileges, like free access to a gym and yoga classes at many schools.

6. Speaking of perks – lots of cities give fabulous discounts on all kinds of things to students, from art supplies to haircuts.
