Where is a woman’s G-spot?
Dating, Sexuality & Relationships expert Cheryl Swan answers...
The G-Spot is named after German physician Ernest Grafenberg, who first made mention of it in his research in the 1950’s. Although, obviously since there have been women, there have been g-spots. He was the first to note it scientifically and name it. This mysterious area is located on the front (anterior) wall of the vagina near the back edge of the pubic bone, approximately 1-2 inches inside the opening of the vagina. Many people report its texture to be similar to corduroy fabric. You will know you have found it if you suddenly feel like you have to urinate. Don’t worry (unless you really do need to take a bathroom break) that feeling will fade and be replaced by a feeling of deep pleasure. When stimulated, the G-spot can cause women to orgasm more intensely and sometimes ejaculate. Though most women will not have orgasms through G-spot stimulation alone, it does provide a wonderful addition to clitoral and vaginal pleasuring.
