How do I invite someone to chat with me?

Answer:

In order to chat with someone, you must be mutual friends (you must be on their friend list, and they must be on your friend list). You may invite someone to be your friend by;

a. Clicking on the “Add Friend” button located at the bottom of your intended friend’s pad OR

b. Within the search results by clicking on the “Friend” button located to the right of each search result match.

Once you’ve extended the invitation, the recipient will receive an email notifying them that you’ve added them to your friend list at which point they would accept your invitation and you will now be mutual friends and able to chat with each other.
