Why am I unable to send/receive email or nudges?
Answer:
We all love receiving mail or a nudge, and some of us feel more secure when we know what the sender looks like. Therefore, Datepad has decided that your pad MUST have a photo of you, and your Datepad Attraction in Action Matching Survey must be completed, before you can send and receive email or nudges.
