Hi everyone,
I hope I can be of assistance with any cooking questions you might have for any of your favorite dishes that you would like to know information on. I have a 2 year degree in culinary arts and have worked at 3 diffrent resturants of which two of the places I worked as the head chef so if anyone has any questions of any sort please let me know and I will ask them.

I'm not sure this falls in your expertise.
I'd love if you could help.
I tried a chinese style .. pork with green onion dumpling
some time back.
Would you happen to have any recipe for???
