Speaking of car pooling, I was driving home yesterday when I suddenly realized that I was in the 'car pool' lane on the highway (lane designated for 2 or more passengers, taxis and buses). It must have merged suddenly into one and I didn't see the sign. I couldn't figure out why this guy was giving me such a dirty look? I wonder, is there a fine (there must be, there is one for everything) for driving in this lane when you are just a single passenger?

I think the fine is something in the neighbourhood of $110. That's a hell of a lot of money for "crossing the line"!
