2 c Frozen mixed vegetables(I use peas, carrots and beans)
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c Hot water
1 c Milk
1/4 tsp Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
2 c Chicken or turkey cubes cooked
4 Individual frozen traditional pie crust
Cook vegetables until tender and set aside. In a large saucepan heat oil; add flour. Stir constantly for two minutes. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add with milk to oil and flour mixture. Add seasonings; cook until thick. Stir in meat and vegetables.
Spoon in filling mixture in individual pie shells with tops. x makes about 5 individual pies.
Cook at 375 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown. Depends on your oven.
