Could it be; I'm far too busy to think of something, you do it. I have better things to do, you do it. My brain is too tired to think of anything, you do it. I have no idea what's in the fridge, you do it. Dinner is your responsibility, you do it. I'm hungry NOW. I'm too lazy, you do it. My mother always cooked for me, so you should too. I prefer to think it means 'you're such a fantastic cook and the dinner you made last night was sooooo good, I'm hoping for a repeat!"
