I'm the type of girl that loves to learn whether it be through a book, a person or even a situation, and also enjoys finding the beauty in everything. Okay, yes, I'm a nerd, but a proud one at that. I've been told I have a good sense of humor, and a kind heart by those close to me. I like to think of myself as a realisitic optimist. I tend to be on the shy side, but as I get to know someone I begin to come out of my shell. All in all, I may not always be perfect but I'm always me. ;-)

Some of my favorite activities include meeting new people, sharing smiles, watching movies (of pretty much every genre though not too much horror), reading (everything from mystery to chick-lit, lol), hanging out with friends, spending time with my lil' Lollie (my dog), going for walks at the park, taking photos, writing poetry, shopping, visiting museums, and catching an on or off Broadway show every so often.

Some things that bug me are: users, liars, cigarette smoke, people who are too quick to judge others, and drama. On the oppostie side of the spectrum, some things I would be sad without are: humor, love, family, friends, the internet, my cell, and coffee.

I'm looking for someone who is down to earth with a nice warm personality, taller than me, can make me laugh but isn't always all jokes all the time and can also carry a serious convo too.
