FriendsDatingI live life as it comes. I travel and explore the world. I enjoy life better when I have someone to share it with. I'm basically a curious person, kinda of a hippie, Love traveling, and am into just about anything.
As I evolve as a person I just try to do things that make feel good. I try to cultivate that which will make me feal happy and leave the rest by the way side.
Getting away to the woods. I am currently in school and all of my energy goes to that. Plus, I'm always strapped for cash, all of my money goes to school. So doing something simple like backpack for a weekend ends up never happening. Sad.
My family looks to me for friendship. Its a special thing when this is the person who knew you back when and we know each other very well because of it. Not to say I have a fantastic relationship with all of my family. The others I try to reach out to, or give up since there is just no chance of having a postitive releationship. Friends look to me for friendship. We have fun with each other, are there for each other, and make the other person's life a little better.
Fun and exciting things like scuba diving, parachuting, and flying. Night out on the town in a awesome restaurant with a fantastic chef who does the most amazing things to food! I love my quiet time with a good TV show, though I can't just sit there doing nothing. So I knit while watching. I like knitting allot. That and cooking, BBQs in the summer with family and friends are my fave. I also enjoy going to meseums, to plays, to live bands. I indulge in the occasional cigar with scotch while watching a blues band. I like to do whatever that may be interesting and engaging, even if it's just sitting on the beach in Hawaii with my sister watching her kids play in the surf.
Complaining with out doing something about it. Pseudo-science. Regurgitation of someone else's bad argument. Nose in the air self importance. Politics; both big stage and in my job. Conniving, underhanded, manipulative maneuvering. Lying. Unnecessary pain. The intentional infliction of pain. And black cherry ice cream.
I look for an intelligent person who has their life together. I want a person who is ready for the challenge, ready to stand up for their selves, ready to be a partner to me. I want someone who I can feel is a good person. I also would like someone who can laugh; at themselves, at the craziness of the world. I would like someone who can love the small things in life.
