These are abbreviated rules; subject to the Official Rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
OFFERED ONLY IN CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AND THE UNITED STATES; VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED. Contest begins on or about June 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. MST and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. MST. A random draw will be conducted by an independent judging organization on or about January 15, 2009 in Calgary, Alberta from all eligible entries received. Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence as of June 1, 2008. More information on eligibility.
One (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of a maximum budget of $5,000 USD for the Winner to use for his or her “Dream Date” with one other individual. “Dream Date” elements subject to Sponsor’s approval. To enter the random draw, you must first become a member of Datepad.com™ and thereafter accumulate points. All accumulated points will be automatically converted to entries for the draw. One (1) point equals one (1) entry.

Deadline
Points must be accumulated (subject to verification by Sponsor) by 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2008. LIMIT: THERE IS A LIMIT OF 1500 POINTS PER PARTICIPANT PER MONTH.
Selected entrant must be confirmed as the winner, including providing proof of identity; if he/she is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and by signing and returning a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and Release of Liability and Consent to Publicity Form.
